Liaocheng City Pediatric Respiratory Key Laboratory, established in 2018, the head of the laboratory is Director Wang Daofang, Director of the Department of Pediatrics, Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City, and the director of the academic committee is Director Li Fuhai, Director of the Department of Pediatrics, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. The laboratory covers an area of 380 square meters, and its main research field is pediatric respiratory-related specialties.

 Laboratory staff structure: there are 22 medical personnel, 3 master's degree students, 2 master's degree students, including 2 chief physicians or professors, 4 deputy chief physicians and associate professors, and 8 attending physicians. There are 5 members of the academic committee and 3 external members, including 2 from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and 1 from Shandong Provincial Hospital.

 Main research directions:

  1, Children's Allergen Detection Content: Through children's allergen detection, discover the correlation between children's allergic diseases, allergic rhinitis, asthma and other diseases and allergens, and provide guidance for the next step in the treatment of the disease. More than 600 cases of children's allergen testing have been carried out, and desensitization treatment for mite allergy has been carried out.

  2, children's pulmonary function examination and nebulized inhalation therapy room Children's pulmonary function examination makes the diagnosis of asthma disease more clear, especially the disease regression of asthma and other respiratory diseases of pulmonary function evaluation. At present, the lung function examination and analysis of children with lobar pneumonia before and after bronchoscopic treatment are carried out. Strengthen the asthma standardized nebulized inhalation treatment and family nebulization guidance.

   3、Children's bronchoscopy treatment room Bronchoscopy technology is an effective means of diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, bronchoscopy in the aetiology and pathology of the material, tracheobronchial structure of the diagnosis and treatment of abnormalities, clearing the airway blockage, etc., has a unique advantage.

  4, children's respiratory pathogenicity testing In the past 3 years, the company has provided diagnosis and treatment basis for nearly 10,000 children's respiratory infections by carrying out five and eight antibody tests of respiratory pathogenicity. We have carried out PCR qualitative and quantitative testing of children's respiratory pathogens and drug-resistant gene testing with Dongda Science and Technology Company. Gradually carry out the work of macro-genome sequencing (NGS) of blood and alveolar lavage fluid. Cooperate with the laboratory to carry out exfoliative cytology testing of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.

 At present, the laboratory has 2 provincial subjects under research, 7 achievements appraisal, 4 utility model patents and 12 core and national papers. The laboratory has complete rules and regulations, reasonable management system and operation mechanism, forming a good academic research atmosphere and more perfect scientific research management system. The laboratory actively participates in national academic conferences on children's respiratory laboratory projects, carries out national and provincial scientific research projects in related specialties, and organizes provincial and municipal continuing education programs. Actively carry out scientific research cooperation with colleges and universities, research institutes and enterprises. Gradually improve the level of scientific research, plan to strengthen the specific work of the current laboratory project in the next 2-3 years, and gradually carry out projects such as children's sleep apnea monitoring and expiratory NO determination, strengthen the training of talents and the introduction of talents, and optimize the talent echelon.
