According to the needs of hospital development, discipline construction and job vacancies, in accordance with the “Regulations on Personnel Management of Institutions” (State Council Decree No. 652), “Personnel Management Measures for Institutions in Shandong Province Implementing Total Personnel Control and Record Management (for Trial Implementation)” (LU Renshefa [2017] No. 53), “Supplementary Opinions on the Further Strengthening of Introduction of High-level Highly Skilled Talents” (Liaowai Fa [2019] No. No. 14), “Notice on the Issuance of <Shandong Province Public Recruitment Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Institutions>” (LU Renminsha Regulation [2022] No. 2) and other documents, the introduction of high-level talents in our hospital in 2024 is now announced as follows:
I. Recruitment principles
Adhere to the employment standards of both moral and talent, moral first, adhere to the direction of professional counterparts, focusing on the ability and level of employment, adhere to the principle of openness, equality, competition, and meritocracy, and effectively select high-level talented people who adapt to the needs of the position to the hospital.
Second, the scope of recruitment and conditions

(F) has been subject to criminal penalties and has been dismissed from public office, studying in full-time general colleges and universities, non-fresh graduates, active military personnel, as well as other circumstances prohibited by law shall not be employed, studying in full-time general colleges and universities, non-fresh graduates can not be used as a condition of the academic degree obtained to apply for employment.
(G) Applicants can not apply for positions that should be avoided in the “Provisions on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Organizations” (Regulation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs [2019] No. 1).

(A) Enrollment
1. Enrollment time: from the date of announcement to December 31, 2024

3. The electronic version of the materials to be submitted for registration

(2) Academic certificates and degree certificates that meet the academic degree and specialty requirements of the post. (ii) Qualification examination
The Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City is responsible for the collection of information submitted by the applicants, the applicants for qualification review.

The introduction of doctoral candidates may not be subject to the limitations of the number of positions to be recruited for the application. For the doctoral candidates who have not entered the scope of investigation and physical examination due to the limitations of the position plan, the number of positions may be transferred within the recruitment plan of the current year in accordance with the principle of mutual voluntariness.
Candidates who do not attend the medical examination at the specified time and place shall be regarded as giving up automatically. V. Announcement and Employment

VI. Other
