Article 1 of the professional ethics of health care workers, health care workers in the performance of their duties should have the basic qualities of mind. Wholeheartedly, for the people, to save lives, loyal to their duties, study technology, excellence, strict confidentiality, equal treatment, decent demeanor, civilized and polite, honesty and public service, do not seek private gain, mutual respect, solidarity and cooperation, is all kinds of health care workers should abide by the code of ethics.

Article 2 Code of Ethics for Physicians

Saving lives and helping the injured, and being dedicated to one's profession.

To “save lives and heal the sick and injured” as their own responsibility, do not seek self-interest, do not fear the risk, go out of their way to relieve the pain of the patients, the maintenance of patients' lives, and promote human health as a noble duty: encountering critically ill patients, must do their best to save, shall not be delayed for any reason to save the time: the occurrence of errors and accidents should be reported in a timely manner, and consciously safeguard the interests of patients. Protect the interests of patients: maintain the originality, authenticity and scientificity of case materials and statistics.

Respect patients and care for life

Treat patients equally regardless of ethnicity, occupation, appearance and status. Do not arbitrarily impose the will of the doctor on the patient, the implementation of medical behavior should respect the patient's personality as a prerequisite.

Third, respect for colleagues, equality

In medical activities, clinical departments and the same department of the upper and lower levels of physicians should take into account the overall situation, understanding of the general body, all the patients and the collective interests of the first, cooperate with each other, take people's strengths, make up for their own shortcomings, unity and cooperation, and work together.

Fourth, the instrument is dignified, civilized demeanor

Neatly dressed, civilized demeanor, warm, kind attitude, language, civilized, take the initiative to care for and considerate of patients, take the initiative to contact and communicate with family members, ask questions and answer them, and do not speak taboo.

V. Excellence in medical skills, prudent language and confidentiality

Learning with an open mind, study hard; constantly update the knowledge structure, and strive to improve the technical level; adhere to the reasonable inspection, reasonable diagnosis and treatment, reasonable medication Maintaining the various interests of patients; strict implementation of the protective health care system, shall not disclose the patient's privacy in any way with the medical confidentiality; to inform the patient and the family of the condition, the use of standardized language.

Adhere to the law, clean and honest practice of medicine, do not use medicine for personal gain, do not accept, ask for money or goods from patients; do not accept treats or gifts, refuse to accept red envelopes.

Article III Code of Ethics for Nurses

First, loyal to their duties, patients first

Passionate about the nursing profession, respect for the value of patients' lives and personalities, and respect for the right of patients to equal access to medical care. Treat all patients equally, and in any case, do not use all kinds of means to belittle and insult patients.

Study diligently and strive for excellence.

Diligent study, technical excellence, timely update of the knowledge structure, on the basis of continuous broadening of medical and nursing expertise, and actively use psychology, sociology, aesthetics, ethics and other related disciplines, and do a good job of nursing.

Third, warm and considerate, conscientious and responsible

Enthusiasm for basic nursing and physiological care, pay attention to the use of language incentives, to give patients spiritual comfort and support, to help patients to maintain a good psychological condition needed for treatment and rehabilitation.

Four, mutual respect and mutual assistance, solidarity and cooperation

Colleagues respect each other, help each other, and take the initiative to unite and coordinate with medical, technical and industrial personnel to accomplish various medical tasks.

V. Appearance, prudence and confidentiality

Appearance, speech and behavior of light and steady, clean clothing, active and enthusiastic; when operating alone, regardless of supervision, do not do anything detrimental to the interests of patients, to protect the privacy of patients.

Article IV Code of Ethics for Laboratory Personnel

First, emergency laboratory on call, mobility or critical patients to take the initiative to assist in taking specimens, and timely reporting of test results; give priority to the elderly and infants and young patients.    

Adhere to the implementation of double-checking system, strict implementation of isolation and disinfection operating procedures and the use of disposable medical supplies.

Cherish and reasonably use the collected specimens and avoid repeated sampling; when collecting specimens, inform patients of the time and place to get the report.

   Accurately write the test report, issue the report on time, and help patients to inquire the result.

Fifth, the conclusion of the doubtful report to review and verify the test results that can support and clarify the clinical difficulties in diagnosis, should promptly remind the clinician to pay attention to.

Sixth, adhere to the principle, respect science, seek truth from facts, do not misrepresent data, do not favoritism falsified reports.

Article 5 Code of Ethics for Pharmacy Personnel

(1) Be upright in appearance, have a kind attitude, don't speak taboo words, don't do things not related to work, and take care of the elderly patients.

Strictly implement the checking system and inform the patients of the drug usage according to the dispensing direction.

Comply with the regulations on drug purchasing, and do not accept kickbacks on the basis of their duties.

Strictly carry out the relevant regulations, and do a good job in the use, storage and management of poisonous, anesthetic and dramatic drugs.

Article 6 Code of Ethics for Radiology Personnel

First, start on time to receive patients, give priority to critical patients for filming, emergency bedside filming on call, and guide patients to cooperate with filming with gentle movements, without increasing the patient's pain.

Second, adhere to the post, do not do private work, do not speak taboo.

Strictly implement the “three-checking system”, adhere to the collective reading and consultation system, produce timely reports, the use of medical terminology.

Fourth, care of instruments and equipment, strict operating procedures, patients and accompanying personnel to take the necessary protective measures.

Fifth, the end of the examination, after confirming that there is no error, inform the patient to take the time and place of the report.

Article 7 Code of professional ethics for hospital administrators

First, impartiality, strict discipline, innovation, service to the grassroots integrity and self-discipline, not to use power for personal gain, adhere to the principle of doing things, there is a pioneering and innovative concepts, and adhere to the first line of service for the business.

Second, strict requirements, people-oriented, according to the law, management, moral conviction love and dedication, pragmatic, good at listening to and absorbing different views, good interdepartmental coordination and management, adhere to the rules, without favoritism, adhere to the ideological education.

Third, knowledge of the wise and capable, bold and responsible, modest and cautious, approachable, style of work, close contact with the masses, civilized and polite, treat people with sincerity, not false, respect for knowledge, respect for talent, the courage to carry out criticism and self-criticism.
