In order to further enhance the effectiveness of hospital services, improve the feeling of medical treatment, enhance the patient experience, May 15, 16, our hospital were held in the two hospital districts in the hospital logistics position staff service etiquette and behavioral norms training. A total of more than 180 relevant property employees from the two hospital districts attended the etiquette training.






The training was conducted by Shao Guohua, the director of the Party Committee Propaganda Department of the hospital, who lectured from three aspects: why hospital service should be about etiquette, basic service etiquette and behavioral norms of employees, and showing detailed service starting from smile and communication, and Shao's speech was vivid and easy to understand, and the participating employees listened attentively to it. Enhancing the quality of hospital services is an extremely important part of the hospital's work, and we all said that we have benefited a lot, and in the future, we should seriously think and put into action to contribute to the development of the hospital.
