In order to further strengthen the Liaocheng City at all levels of case quality control center standardized construction, and actively expand the case quality control professional business areas, leading the city at all levels and types of medical institutions case quality control professional work standardization, standardization, institutionalization. 2024 May 19 morning, Liaocheng City, the case quality control center of the standardization of the medical record writing training will be held in the hospital Huamei hospital academic lecture hall, the meeting invited the Chinese hospital association case management professional committee deputy director, shandong hospital association case management professional committee director chang yanqun director lectures. The meeting invited Director Chang Yanqun, deputy director of Case Management Professional Committee of China Hospital Association and director of Case Management Professional Committee of Shandong Hospital Association, to give lectures, and more than 300 people attended the meeting, including Zhang Tiezheng, vice president of the hospital, all the committee members of the city's Case Quality Control Center, and physician representatives of clinical specialties of the two hospital districts. The meeting was hosted by Jiang Qianqian, secretary of the quality control center.






First of all, Mr. Zhang Tie Zheng, Vice President of Liaocheng Second People's Hospital, made a speech, on behalf of the hospital, welcoming all the experts and colleagues, and expressing his heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues for their hard work in quality control of medical cases. He pointed out that improving the quality of medical cases not only improves the level of medical services, but also protects the rights and safety of patients and promotes the development of medical and health care. It is hoped that through this study and exchange, we will have a deeper understanding of the key points and difficulties in quality control of medical cases, and a deeper understanding of the standardization and importance of medical record writing.

     Director Chang Yanqun, director of Shandong Provincial Hospital Association Case Management Committee, gave a wonderful lecture for all of us, explaining the national medical quality and safety improvement goals and quality control indexes of case management, and giving a detailed explanation of the standardized writing of medical records and the existing difficult problems, combining the many years of clinical and managerial experience of Director Chang Yanqun, focusing on the reasons for writing medical records, how to write a good medical record in a standardized way, the quality of medical records, the current situation and existing problems, the quality of medical records, and the importance of standardization. The current situation and existing problems, the basic norms and requirements for medical record writing were analyzed in detail. During the training, everyone listened attentively and gained a new understanding of medical record writing. At the end of the lecture, Director Chang Yanqun answered the questions encountered in daily work patiently and meticulously, so that the participants deeply understood the connotation of medical record writing, and realized the significance and importance of medical record writing.

     Finally, Director Chang Yifang of the Municipal Medical Record Quality Control Center made a concluding speech. She said that the lecture will play a guiding role in the next step of standardized case management, case data reporting and standardized writing, I hope that you record the content of the lecture, the content of what you have learned to carefully organize and bring back to their respective hospitals, feedback to the hospitals of each case quality management personnel, I believe that through this training, to promote the city's quality management of medical records to a new height.
