In order to enhance the professionalism and communication skills of the logistic support staff, improve the quality of service, increase the sense of service and responsibility, and improve the service attitude; on the afternoon of 27th August 2024, the hospital held a training on 6S management of the hospital and etiquette norms of logistic service and communication skills in the Equipment Section of the hospital headquarters, which was delivered by Shao Guohua, the director of Party Committee Propaganda Department, with the participation of the staffs of the Equipment Section and the outsourced engineers.
At the training site, Minister Shao used lectures, demonstrations, interactive questions and other ways to explain the service concept and core values of our hospital, and combined with the actual work of the hospital, from the hospital service why etiquette, the basic content of the 6S management and staff service etiquette and behavioural norms, etiquette norms of logistics service personnel and communication skills, and show the norms: service begins with a smile and details, etc., several aspects of the insightful Explanation.
Through common case studies, daily language demonstration and on-site guidance, the trainers realised that the hospital is a window to the society, the image of the staff represents the image of the hospital, and the hospital logistics service is of vital importance. The whole hospital staff should always uphold the concept of ‘the second hospital is my home’, set up a common goal and common values in the whole hospital, to form a strong cohesive team, in the future work, to provide more quality services for the clinical front line, really let the clinical front-line medical staff to return time to the patient, so that the patient has a sense of gain, happiness and sense of security in the experience of medical care.
