On the afternoon of 2 September 2024, the hospital held a training on hospital culture, service etiquette and code of conduct in the conference room on the 17th floor of the Internal Medicine Complex. The training was organised by the Human Resources Section and presented by Shao Guohua, the head of the Party Committee Propaganda Department, with 65 new employees attending the training.


At the training site, Minister Shao used lectures, demonstrations and interactive questions to explain the service concept and core values of our hospital, and combined with the actual work of the hospital, he gave an in-depth explanation in several aspects, such as why healthcare services need to talk about etiquette, the basic service etiquette and behavioural norms of the hospital staff, and that services should start with smiles and communication.



  Through this training, the new staff realized that as a truly qualified medical staff, not only should they have solid professional knowledge and business level, but also should pay more attention to the organic combination of ideological and cultural concepts and professional etiquette and behavioural norms in their actual work. Everyone said that the training was very beneficial and rewarding, and that they would definitely apply what they learnt flexibly to their future work, provide patients with quality medical services, really let patients have a sense of gain, happiness and safety in their medical experience, and make positive contributions to the hospital to achieve high-quality development.
