The Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City has a history of more than 130 years since it was founded in 1886, and has now developed into a Grade 3A general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and rehabilitation, with advanced equipment and reasonable personnel echelon. The hospital consists of the main hospital and Huamei hospital. With 2,100 open beds, the annual outpatient volume is more than 1.3 million, and the annual discharge volume is 70,000 times. The Department of Pharmacy of Liaocheng Second People's Hospital is a business department integrating drug dispensing, clinical pharmacy, pharmacy service, pharmacy management, teaching and scientific research. It consists of static dispensing center, clinical pharmacy department, outpatient pharmacy, emergency pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, pharmacy, preparation room and so on. After more than 10 years of practice, the clinical pharmacy department of our hospital has accumulated rich experience in clinical pharmacy and made great progress. There are 7 full-time clinical pharmacists, including 4 clinical pharmacists leading teachers, covering many specialties of oncology, anti-infective, respiratory, critical care medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, neurology, with rich clinical teaching resources and teaching and training experience. 2021 was approved to be the training center for clinical pharmacist trainees of the Chinese Medical Association Clinical Pharmacy Branch, and is now recruiting trainees for the autumn class of 2024 for the whole country. We are now recruiting trainees for the fall class of 2024, who will complete a 1-year standardized training for clinical pharmacists.

In accordance with the requirements of the relevant documents of the National Healthcare Commission's Medical Management Center and the Standardized Training Program for Clinical Pharmacists of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the enrollment and registration of the trainees for the fall 2024 clinical pharmacist training of the hospital are notified as follows:

I. Specialties and number of students enrolled

1. Anti-infective specialty (respiratory direction): 2;

2. Specialization in gastroenterology: 2;

II. Enrollment targets and conditions

1、Have undergraduate degree or above in pharmaceutical sciences from institutions of higher learning, and have been engaged in clinical pharmacy work in medical institutions for more than 2 years; or have undergraduate degree or above in clinical pharmacy from institutions of higher learning, and have been engaged in clinical pharmacy work in medical institutions for more than 1 year.

2、 Age requirement is below 40 years old, and a pharmacist's certificate is preferred.

      3、 Physical health, can adhere to the study, and successfully complete one year off-the-job training.

III. Training Schedule and Fees

1. Merit-based trainees will be enrolled in October 2024, and the exact date of enrollment will be subject to the acceptance notice. Full-time training for one year.

2、Training fee: RMB 5000 yuan, to be paid at once upon arrival.        

3、Accommodation and food costs: the trainees are responsible for their own accommodation and food costs, the hospital can provide unified accommodation, according to the unified standard charges of the hospital.

Fourth, the registration time and registration methods

2、Enrollment method:  

① Download and fill in the attached “Clinical Pharmacist Training Center Student Application Form” (file name please use “application specialty - name - hospital”), with ID card, academic qualifications, degree certificates, professional and technical qualification certificates scanned and sent to the designated mailbox (mail) Subject please specify “clinical pharmacist training registration”).  

② Our hospital will be selected based on the application, the acceptance of trainees notified by mail or phone.  

③ Within one week of receiving the acceptance notice, students should send the photo of the “clinical pharmacist training base student enrollment form” with the official seal of the unit, and a copy of ID card, a copy of the academic degree certificate, a copy of professional and technical qualification certificates (the above three types of photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the recommending unit) by mail to the Institute (see below for the mailing address and E-mail).

V. Assessment and Completion

The assessment will be carried out according to the Clinical Pharmacy Training and Assessment Program for Clinical Pharmacist Trainees of the Chinese Medical Association. The first stage is the comprehensive skills theory training for 3 months, after passing the theoretical training assessment, the “Chinese Medical Association Clinical Pharmacy Branch Clinical Pharmacist Comprehensive Skills Training Certificate” will be issued; the second stage is the clinical practice training for 9 months, the students in accordance with the professional training syllabus, in accordance with the provisions of the training period to complete the training program for clinical pharmacist posts, the base will be After completing the clinical pharmacist training program within the stipulated training period, the base will organize the final examination, assessment and homework evaluation according to the “Clinical Pharmacist Training and Assessment Program”. Those who are qualified will be awarded “Clinical Pharmacist Training Certificate” jointly by the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the base.

Training requirements

1、Clinical pharmacy work requires certain basic clinical knowledge, and it is hoped that applicants who are interested in clinical pharmacy work can study physiology, pathology, pathophysiology, diagnostics and internal medicine related to their chosen specialty in advance.

2. During the training period, students must bring their own laptop computers and isolation gowns.

3. Trainees are allowed to take vacation during the training period in accordance with legal holidays. Trainees are not allowed to take maternity leave during the training period or participate in other trainings other than those stipulated by the training center, and will be disqualified from the training once they are found.
