Thank you for your trust in our hospital, in order to make your outpatient medical treatment smooth and reduce unnecessary trouble, now the outpatient clinic need to pay attention to the relevant matters are introduced as follows:

First, before visiting the hospital, please prepare the physical or electronic visiting card, and the person card is the same, real name medical treatment. Please be sure to bring your ID card when you come to the hospital.

Second, outpatients first go to the corresponding triage desk, according to their own condition to choose the appropriate specialties: internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, stomatology, adenosine gland surgery, dermatology and so on. If you are not sure which specialty you want to see, you can consult with the triage staff.

If you choose to see a doctor, please go to the specialist bulletin board in front of the triage desk to choose a doctor you are satisfied with and tell the triage staff the name of the doctor.

Fourth, when waiting for consultation, you should follow the guidance of the triage nurse, consult in order, consult one patient for one consultation, do not make a lot of noise, prohibit smoking, and keep the environment clean and hygienic.

Fifth, the first, second and third floors of the outpatient clinic are equipped with self-service machines. At present, self-service equipment, manual windows and cell phones can complete the procedures of payment, refund and cost inquiries. The self-service machines on the second floor can also print lab reports. A variety of payment and settlement methods are integrated to make it convenient for patients to make self-help choices, and fully support UnionPay card, social security card, WeChat, Alipay and other convenient payment for medical treatment.

Sixth, outpatient one-stop service center on the west side of the first floor to provide patients with outpatient medical records and inpatient medical records printing, disease and death certificate stamping, patient telephone booking, WeChat and the platform to book a number, receive telephone advice on the situation of the expert clinic and the lost and found, complaints and reception.

VII. At present, the hospital can provide appointment service, after successful booking, 30 minutes before the consultation time slot on the day of consultation to the one-stop service center to take a number, and then to the triage desk to report to wait for the doctor; for various reasons the appointment can not be seen, please be sure to cancel the appointment one day in advance, if there is any problem can be canceled by calling 0635-2341888 to be the appointment, if not canceled in time the appointment and not on time to see the doctor, in accordance with the appointment! If you do not cancel the appointment in time and do not attend the clinic on time, you will be treated according to the blacklist.

Manage your belongings well to prevent theft; beware of doctor's trusts to avoid being cheated.
     If your condition requires hospitalization, please go to the hospitalization office on the first floor of the Internal Medicine Complex to go through the hospitalization procedures.
