(II) Notes on specimen collection

  1、Patient preparation before blood drawing:

  The day before blood sampling should pay attention to rest, do not stay up late, do not eat too greasy, high protein food, do not drink alcohol, the day before blood sampling should be fasting after 8:00 p.m. (Note: non-fasting blood collection may interfere with the test results), the day of blood sampling can be appropriate to drink a little bit of water, to avoid strenuous exercise before blood sampling.

  2. Non-vein blood collection items:

Urine specimens should not be filled with other substances such as discarded medicine bottles, fecal specimens should not be sent for testing with toilet paper, diapers and absorbent substances, and the above specimens should be sent for testing immediately after collection.

  3、Microbial program collection precautions:

 ① microbial bacterial culture specimens collected, please send to the fourth floor of the Medical Technology Building, Laboratory Microbiology Room.

 ② urine culture should pay attention to wash the vulva after retaining the mid-range urine, timely delivery for testing.

 ③ Sputum culture: to take the first deep sputum in the early morning after gargling and send it for examination in time.

  4, the collection of 24-hour urine program testing precautions

  Prohibit taking diuretics and diuretic substances such as coffee and tea 4 hours before the test. Empty the bladder before the start of the test, and then time the start of the 24-hour urine retention. Example: After waking up to eliminate morning urine, start to collect all the urine within 24 hours from 6:00 a.m. of the same day to 6:00 a.m. of the next day, record the total amount of urine, and leave a urine sample (10ml) after mixing.

(iii) Time limit for test report

Urgent routine blood test, urine routine, stool routine: 30min

Routine biochemistry and immunity project: 1 working day

Urgent biochemistry and immunity project: 2 hours

General bacterial culture + drug sensitivity: 4 days

Blood culture + drug sensitivity: 6 days

Outgoing items (except peripheral blood karyotype analysis): 7 days

 

(D) test report collection location

①Self-service test report printing location: self-service printer in the lobby of the second floor of the outpatient clinic

② “Health Liaocheng” public number of patients can also download the report through the “outpatient report query” to print their own reports 

Precautions

  1, pay attention to the self-service reporting machine prompts you to get the number of reports, so as not to miss the report. If the self-service report machine is unable to print, please inquire at the information desk.

  2, in case of test specimens peak hours, routine maintenance of testing equipment or failure and other special circumstances, the report will be appropriate to extend the time, please understand.

  3、Please keep the test report form properly.
