Approval Process for NPS Chronic Disease Patients
In order to further reduce the economic burden of farmers and patients, convenient access to medical care, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Chat Farmers' Cooperative, the outpatient costs of the New Farmers' Cooperative patients with chronic diseases can be included in the reimbursement of the approval process is as follows:
Patients discharged from the hospital with a copy of the hospitalization medical record, agricultural cooperative card, ID card, two one-inch photos, to my local township health center new rural cooperative office for approval of chronic diseases, approval of the certificate issued by the chronic disease card to Liaocheng City No. 2 Hospital, the reimbursement rate of 40%, can be approved by the following types of diseases:
1、 Radiotherapy and chemotherapy of malignant tumors.
2. Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment for chronic renal failure.
3. Anti-rejection treatment for organ transplant; 4.
4, aplastic anemia; 5, leukemia
5、 Leukemia
6、 Systemic lupus erythematosus (with heart, lung, kidney, liver and nervous system complications);; and
7. Rheumatoid arthritis (active); 8.
8, diabetes mellitus (co-infection or cardiac, renal, hepatic and neurological complications of one of the)
9、 Hypertension III (with one of the heart, brain, kidney complications);; and
10, cerebrovascular disease recovery with clinical indications and life can not take care of themselves.
11, Cirrhosis and ascites; 12, Tuberculosis (under treatment)
12、Tuberculosis (within the treatment program).
13. Myasthenia gravis
14, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease intervention therapy after anti-rejection treatment.
15. Parkinson's disease
16、Hemophilia
