In the afternoon of 12 September, the third congress of the Communist Youth League of Liaocheng City Second People's Hospital was held in the conference room on the 17th floor of the Internal Medicine Complex. Wang Baotang, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Linqing Municipal Committee, Pang Fulin, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Linqing Municipal Committee, Liu Yuesen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, Cui Gang, Member of the Party Committee of the hospital and Chairman of the Trade Union, Wang Pingfan, Member of the Party Committee of the hospital and Director of the Organisation Department and representatives of the hospital's Youth League attended. The meeting was presided over by Xia Qian, deputy secretary of the Hospital Youth League Committee.

The conference was opened in the solemn national anthem. At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade Wang Baotang, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Linqing Municipal Party Committee, made a speech, sent sincere greetings to the young workers active in the front line of medical care, and at the same time put forward the hope and requirements, one to strengthen the ideological leadership, grasp the correct political direction, convergence of youth power, two to tamp down the organisational foundation, to comprehensively enhance the vitality of the Youth League organisation, and adhere to the depth of the integration and promote the work of the Youth League and the construction of hospitals and the synergistic development of the Youth League. I hope that young friends based on their positions, solid dedication, in the development of hospital undertakings to contribute to the power of youth.

 In accordance with the agenda of the General Assembly, the hospital party committee members, trade union chairman comrade Cui Gang delivered a toast to the grand opening of the General Assembly to congratulate the youth representatives and the struggle in the clinical line of the vast number of members of the Youth League to send cordial greetings. Comrade Cui Gang said, the Communist Youth League is an advanced youth organisation under the leadership of the Party, and is the right-hand man and strong reserve army of the Party. Under the correct leadership of the higher-level league organisations and the Party Committee of the hospital, the Communist Youth League has extensively carried out a series of activities such as youth volunteers, youth civilisation, poverty alleviation and relief, and health clinic, and promoted the development of the cause of the Communist Youth League of the hospital with a vigorous spirit and a solid working style.

 Chen Dong, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the hospital, made a report on the work of the second committee of the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City. The report summed up the past work in six aspects: strengthening political ideological leadership, carrying out voluntary service activities, theme group day activities, comprehensive and strict governance of the league, the formation of epidemic prevention and control line, and evaluation of excellence; and from strengthening the construction of the league organisation, setting up a brand project, creating a service league organisation, and volunteering to build up an image of the four aspects of the future main work objectives and tasks. Subsequently, the meeting read out the Communist Youth League Liaocheng City Second People's Hospital Committee members election methods and supervisors, counters, group representatives of the group brewing discussion after the vote to elect the members of the Youth League Committee, the new Youth League Committee members voted for the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Deputy Secretary. After the election, Wang Peng served as secretary of the Youth League Committee, Xia Qian, Li Tao served as deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, the new secretary of the Youth League Committee Wang Peng made a statement on behalf of the new Youth League Committee members.

 Secretary of the Party Committee Liu Yuesen made an important speech. Liu secretary of the hospital on the work of the Youth League and the majority of youth put forward the hope: to strengthen the efforts of the Youth League, enhance the attractiveness of the organisation, cohesion and combat effectiveness; the majority of youth League members should be firm in their beliefs, high aspirations, hard work and study, diligently, the courage to take on the important task of being good at innovation. He asked the hospital's youth to consciously take up the heavy responsibility given by the times, vigorously carry forward the fine tradition of the Communist Youth League, based on a new starting point, to achieve new leaps and bounds, and endeavour to grow up and become successful in their respective positions. The Party Committee of the hospital will support the work of the Youth League and provide more adequate conditions for the work of the Youth League. The hospital's youth should take the Youth League Congress as a new starting point, inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of the Communist Youth League, blowing the horn of youth, hoisting the sails of ideals, and in the practice of promoting the high-quality development of the hospital, writing a more brilliant chapter, forging a better tomorrow.

At the end of the meeting, Li Tao, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the hospital read out the initiative, the third congress of the Communist Youth League of Liaocheng City Second People's Hospital was successfully closed in the youthful and exciting song of the Chinese Communist Youth League. Under the leadership of the party committee of the hospital, under the leadership of the new Youth League Committee, the youth of the hospital will be self-confidence and self-improvement, guarding the right and innovation, excelling and courageous, grasping the opportunity of the development of the new era, based on the actual position, injecting youthful energy for the high-quality development of the hospital.
