First, the outstanding performance in medical ethics, through various ways to be praised, recognized or rewarded.
Second, there are sent letters of thanks, banners and the return of red envelopes, at the end of the year when the medical ethics assessment, as a plus point in the individual medical ethics assessment file, and as a year-end evaluation of the work of the reference basis for the evaluation of excellence and so on.
Third, in a variety of evaluation of priorities and merits, should be examined by the Office of Medical Ethics Construction. Those who have been complained more than three times a year shall be disqualified from appraisal and evaluation.
Fourth, in the transfer examination of the employed staff, according to the relevant provisions of the Human Resources Section, the content of medical ethics shall be reflected in the assessment scores.
Fifth, the results of medical ethics assessment for excellent or good, the annual assessment of the hospital is eligible for selection of excellent grade; medical ethics assessment results for poor or “one vote”, the annual assessment of the hospital grade is unqualified.
Sixth, medical ethics assessment results for poor or “a veto”, shall not participate in the next year's title promotion and appointment.
Seventh, the physician's periodic assessment of professional ethics assessment, based on the results of medical ethics assessment. In the cycle of regular assessment of physicians, if there is one or more times when the result of the assessment of medical ethics is poor or “one-vote veto”, it will be recognized as unqualified for the regular assessment.
