On September 10-11, 2024, the 7th Shandong Province Hospital Management Tool Competition, organized by Shandong Province Healthcare Management Research Center, was held in Jinan. The seven projects carefully selected by the Nursing Department of Liaocheng City No.2 Hospital stood out among 284 projects and won another good result.
Among them, the U-motion circle of Department of Critical Care Medicine (Headquarter) "Application of HFMEA in shortening ECMO on-boarding time", the quick-motion circle of Department of Emergency Orthopaedic Surgery (Huamei Campus) "Multi-dimensional management strategy for postoperative phobia of orthopaedic surgery based on Roy's adaptive model", and the Vaiai Ai circle of the Third Ward of Department of Cardiology in conjunction with the Second Ward of Department of Cardiology "Constructing personalized full-service model of cardiac interventional patients based on 6S management" were awarded with the Third Prize.
Cardiology Ward 3 combined with Cardiology Ward 2, Emergency Department (Headquarters) Only Love Circle "Application of HFMEA to Optimize the Safety Service Process for Patients with Atrial Fibrillation", Urology Ward 2 Smooth Circle "RCA Analysis of a Case of Post-operative Renal Stone Patient Progressing to Sepsis", Critical Care Medicine Department (Huamei Campus) Smooth Circle "Constructing a Nurse-Led Rehabilitation Management Mode of Respiratory Therapy Based on QFD", and Comprehensive Internal Medicine Ward 1 The "Internet+" Hospital-Community-Family Triad Model to Reduce the Readmission Rate of AMI Patients within One Month after PCI" of Maidong Circle won the Excellence Award.
