In order to carry out the spirit of the symposium on the high-quality development of municipal public hospitals and the city's health system's high-quality development pledge meeting, on May 31, 2024, our hospital held a lecture on the theme of "deepening discipline construction and driving the overall high-quality development of the hospital" in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Huamei Campus, which was given by the vice president, Mr. Zhang Tiezheng. The relevant hospital leaders and all middle-level cadres attended the meeting, which was synchronized with the video in the main hospital.

President Zhang gave a detailed explanation from the concept of discipline, higher level policy, methodology and steps. President Zhang emphasized that the construction of disciplines plays a vital role in enhancing the hospital's academic status, scientific research capability and diagnosis and treatment level. It is hoped that the person in charge of each department will combine the current situation of the department, highlight the characteristics of the discipline, clarify the development goals, further enhance the level of construction of key disciplines and specialties, and actively contribute to the promotion of the hospital's high-quality development and to meet the needs of the people's medical care.
